Job Title: Technology Recruiter (Staffing) India

Location: Bengaluru, India

Department: India Recruitment / Sourcing

Reports to: Recruitment Business Partner

About the Role

We're looking for a Technology Recruiter to drive end-to-end staffing delivery for our technology and engineering client accounts. This is a high-volume, metrics-driven role — you'll own requisitions from intake through candidate placement, working closely with Sales, REM, and client stakeholders to hit sourcing, conversion, and turnaround targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles (Java, .NET, cloud, data, DevOps, and similar) across multiple client accounts, from requisition intake to offer closure
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and internal ATS pipelines, maintaining a consistent CV-to-Interview and Interview-to-Sold conversion rate against team KPIs
• Own requisition hygiene — accurate position status, timely movement through funnel stages (Open Ad Running Sold), and clean documentation in the ATS
• Meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets for submitting qualified profiles to Sales/client
• Conduct structured screening calls to validate technical fit, notice period, compensation expectations, and candidate motivation before submission
• Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for recurring/similar roles to reduce time-to-fill on repeat requisitions
• Collaborate with REM (Relationship & Engagement Management) on Sold-to-Join candidate engagement, flagging at-risk cases early
• Track and report weekly/monthly funnel metrics (submittals, interviews, solds, conversion ratios) accurately
• Maintain compliance with background verification, documentation, and candidate data handling policies

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in technical/IT staffing recruitment
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar)
• Strong understanding of the technology hiring landscape in India — key skill clusters, salary bands, and notice period norms
• Comfortable working against weekly/monthly numeric targets (submissions, interviews, conversions)
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to represent candidates persuasively to Sales/clients and manage candidate expectations through the process
• Ability to manage multiple live requisitions simultaneously with sound prioritization judgment

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for niche/scarce technology skill sets
• Exposure to vendor/BGV coordination
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools for funnel tracking
