Job summary

360 Technology is seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical positions with India-based clients and strong engagement with GCCs, Direct Clients, SIs, and VMS/MSP models.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years in IT/Technical recruitment, a deep understanding of the Indian IT hiring market, and proven success sourcing and closing top technical talent.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience.
• Experience with GCCs, Direct Clients, System Integrators (SIs), and VMS/MSP models.
• Strong recruitment experience for India-based customers.
• Understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market and hiring practices.
• Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles.
• Strong candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines.
• Drive positions from requirement intake through successful closure.
