Job summary

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for technical IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical and niche skill requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Understand technical JDs and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, budget, and notice period.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates on technical skills, communication, compensation, and availability.
• Coordinate L1/L2/client interviews and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offers, counteroffers, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Work closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, vendors, and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Handle multiple requirements and meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Key Skills

• 3–5 years of IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience in technical sourcing and screening.
• Good knowledge of IT skills such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Cloud, Data, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
