Resouriq Tech in Hyderabad, India invites an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals, coordinating with clients to understand requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting HR and technical interviews, negotiating terms, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline while meeting KPIs and SLAs. Experience with major portals and ATS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
• Experience with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment metrics.

• Understand client requirements and plan sourcing strategies for IT positions.

• Screen resumes and shortlist based on technical skills, experience, and job fit.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
• Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
