Job summary

Movate Technologies in Bangalore is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other channels, and closely coordinate with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple requirements with a target-driven mindset. Immediate joiners are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, Full Stack, etc.
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closure.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the offer-to-joining process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Achieve defined recruitment TAT, productivity, and hiring targets.
