Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through calls, email, and chat
• Visit client locations in Mumbai and outstation when required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training

• Maintain proper documentation of client queries and resolutions
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling technical solutions
• Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication with clients at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, and GPU systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Willingness to travel to client locations across Mumbai and outside Mumbai, depending on client requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Laptop is compulsory and must be brought to the office for work.

Fresher: for a fresher, we offer a 6-month internship, and after that, based on performance, full time opportunity
