Job summary

Dalmia Cement, a leading cement producer, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to drive trade sales and support dealer networks. The role focuses on expanding market share through regular dealer visits and contractor enrolment, while resolving product quality issues.

Candidates should have 1+ year BE/BTech or 3+ years Diploma experience, with strong techno-commercial acumen and familiarity with CRM tools. On-roll position, field-based across Kolkata region.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM / sales management software and SAP for handling dealers and distributors.
• Understanding of pricing strategies and profitability in cement/building materials.
• Strong interaction with contractors, masons, engineers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to dealers and sub-dealers to achieve sales targets.
• Enrolment of masons and contractors to expand market reach.
• Conversion of sites for dealer/sub-dealer channels.
• Attend and resolve product quality complaints and provide field service.

Key Responsibilities

Support achievement of sales target & take measures to increase market share through:

• Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
• Enrolment of mason and contractors
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
• Attending product quality complaints and resolution
• Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
• Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• If BE / BTech – Min 1 + Years of Experience
• If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
• No Freshers

• Had worked in similar Role - Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
• If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) – Subject to ZTH clearance.

• Refrain from Construction site

• Orientation towards techno commercial sales
