Job summary

Adani Group seeks a field-based technical services professional in Karnataka to promote products, engage influencers such as contractors and engineers, and drive demand in the assigned territory. You will support RTSM with regular updates and deliver service excellence to end customers through on-site testing and market sampling.

The role requires a BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with 3–10 years total/3 years relevant experience, and a proactive, multitasking mindset capable of handling pressure

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Target oriented and adaptable to changing scenarios; ability to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliverables/responsible for results in the assigned territory.
• Provide regular input to Regional Technical Service Manager (RTSM).
• Provide customer service to end customers in designated districts.
• Track and report quality of company products through on-site tests and market sampling.
• Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process and report to RTSM.
• Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers.

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1.
• This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.

• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1.
