Job summary

Adani Group in India seeks a qualified Civil Engineer to provide technical services and drive product promotion in the assigned territory. The role includes engaging contractors and engineers to promote brand recommendations and influencer engagement programs.

You will deliver customer service in designated districts, track product quality via on-site tests, and collect feedback to report to RTSM while managing relationships with key accounts and influencers.

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1. This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.
• 2. This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1. Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM
• 2. Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts
• 3. Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling
• 4. Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc. ) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.
