Key Responsibilities

• Support achievement of sales targets and increase market share through regular visits to dealers and sub‑dealers.
• Enrollment of masons and contractors.
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub‑dealer wise.
• Attend to product quality complaints and resolve them.
• Provide services to construction sites.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with CRM/Sales management applications such as Dealer App, ASO App, SAP, etc.
• Understanding of distribution networks, logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial acumen: ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• B.E / B.Tech – Minimum 1+ year of experience.
• Dip – Minimum 3+ years of experience.
• No freshers.
• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally on roll from cement, building material, or construction chemicals.
• Off roll (from cement organization) – subject to ZTH clearance.
• Refrain from construction site.

Additional Skill / Knowledge - Required

• Orientation towards techno‑commercial sales.
• Skill to influence contractors, engineers, masons, etc.

Qualifications
