Job summary

Adani Group is looking for a Civil Engineer with 3–10 years of experience to provide technical services and drive product promotion in the assigned territory. You will engage with contractors and engineers to increase brand recommendations and support influencer engagement programs.

The role involves delivering on-site testing, market sampling, and collecting customer feedback to inform selling processes. Strong teamwork and adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is essential.
• 3–10 years of cumulative work experience.
• Experience across metal/mining/port/infra sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1.
• Provide input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM on a regular basis.
• Provide customer service to end customers in the designated districts.
• Track and report quality of company products through on-site tests and market sampling.
• Collect feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality) and report to RTSM.
• Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers.

• This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.

• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

• Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts 3.

) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.
