Sphinx Solution seeks a Technical Sales / Business Development Engineer in Pirangut, Pune. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Male candidates only.

This is a hands-on commercial technical role combining sales with process equipment knowledge. You will generate new business via lead generation, cold calling and client meetings, drive B2B sales and convert leads into opportunities.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in technical sales or BD.
• Male candidates only.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Drive B2B sales and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Handle technical sales of process equipment such as MEE, Spray Dryers, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Boilers, RO/ETP, Oil & Gas, and related equipment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.
• Use CRM to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to deliver customer solutions.
