Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai seeks an experienced Hiring Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development for process equipment. The role requires engaging with large companies, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.

You will coordinate with design, planning, and estimation teams, manage orders and payments, and ensure timely dispatch of Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, and related equipment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in process equipment sales.
• Qualification in Mechanical / Production / Chemical / Metallurgy Engineering.
• Willing to work in Mumbai and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare reports on orders, payments, and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Talk regularly with big companies and customers for business opportunities.
• Search for new projects in Oil & Gas industries.
• Promote company products like Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, etc.
• Prepare reports related to orders, payments, collections, and business plans.
• Follow up with internal departments like Design, Planning, and Estimation teams.
• Make sure bills and documents are submitted correctly to customers.
• Track dispatch/material delivery plans.
• Follow up for advance payments and pending dues from customers.
• Handle customer issues related to payments and documents.
• Maintain records of outstanding payments and claims.
• Support import/export documentation work.
