Job summary

Brilliant Infotech Inc in Noida is seeking motivated US IT Recruitment professionals with a proven track record in hiring USC, GC, H-1, EAD, OPT, CPT candidates. The role requires 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience and will be onsite at Sector-63, Noida.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring process with Account Managers. Working hours are 6 PM to 3 AM IST, subject to daylight savings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or HR.
• Experience with recruitment platforms/ATS and job boards.

Responsibilities

As part of the expansion plan, Brilliant Infotech Inc is looking to add ambitious and sharp Recruitment professionals having experience in hiring W-2 (USC, GC, H-1, EAD, OPT, CPT) and C to C consultants. The candidates should have a proven track record of 2 plus years of successful career in hiring in the US IT Recruitment operations.

All these positions are onsite in our Office in Sector-63, Noida

A successful track record in US IT recruitment is a must for these roles.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Account Managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Performing background and reference checks.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Working and collaborating with team members at all levels to create a productive and supportive work environment

Working experience in the relevant job boards and ATS like Ciepal, Dice, Linked In RPS etc.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's of Science, Engineering or Human Resources degree.
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.

The working hours will be 6 PM to 3 AM IST (time subjective to change with daylight savings)
