Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) in Noida (Work from office) is seeking a Technical Recruiter (US Staffing). You will develop recruiting strategies for IT clients, manage full-cycle recruitment, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Strong communication and relationship-building are essential to succeed. Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT staffing experience in US markets, familiarity with W2/C2C, and knowledge of US visa types, taxes, and related terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT recruiting experience in US staffing.
• Experience with W2 & C2C models preferred.
• Knowledge of US visa types and US tax terms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies for identifying IT professionals for IT clients.
• Participate in full cycle recruitment from sourcing resumes to onboarding.
• Create and maintain a large recruiting pipeline and meet requirements.
• Draft job advertisements for portals and social media, sourcing from resume databases.

Job description

Title: Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Location: Noida (Work from office)

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruiting strategies for identifying IT professionals for IT clients.
• An aggressive go-getter with positive attitude, good communication and excellent rapport building skills.
• Participate in the full cycle of recruitment starting from sourcing a resume to getting a candidate started on the project.
• Responsible for creating a medium to the large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting requirement targets and providing regular status reports. Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Draft recruitment job advertisements for advertising on job portals as well as social media platforms. Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls.
• Create and maintain databases for candidates along with corresponding resume database. Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Facilitate contacts and network by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working on IT roles in US Staffing.
• Preferred working IT clients on W2 & C2C requirements.
• Understanding of various US Visa types and US Tax terms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and a quick learner.
