Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, CS or related field.
2–5 years of technical recruiting experience in IT consulting, staffing or professional services.
Strong experience supporting US staffing and consulting engagements.
Proven track record hiring for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time technical roles.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
Recruit for IT roles across Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, ERP, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, Infrastructure.
Utilize sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Naukri) to identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess fit and qualifications.
Collaborate with Account & Delivery Managers to meet hiring SLAs.
Develop Boolean search strategies and leverage AI tools to improve sourcing.
Negotiate compensation and terms; close offers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in ATS.
Track KPI metrics: submissions, interviews, placements, offer-to-join, time-to-fill.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT consulting and staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent across various technologies while partnering with account managers, delivery teams, and clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently. The recruiter should possess strong expertise in U.S. staffing, technical screening, candidate relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
Recruit for IT roles across Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, ERP, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, Ceipal, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future requirements.
Conduct technical and behavioural screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, to understand hiring requirements and provide qualified candidates within defined SLAs.
Develop advanced Boolean search strategies and leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Negotiate compensation, rates, and employment terms while ensuring successful candidate closures.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics within ATS systems.
Track and report recruitment KPIs including submissions, interviews, placements, offer-to-join ratios, and time-to-fill.
Build strong relationships with consultants throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices for sourcing and recruiting.
Stay updated on technology trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting within IT Consulting, Staffing, or Professional Services.
Strong experience supporting U.S. staffing and consulting engagements.
Proven track record of hiring for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time technical positions.
Deep understanding of software development, cloud technologies, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar systems.
Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and passive candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
Experience recruiting for niche technologies and hard-to-fill roles.
Knowledge of visa classifications including H1B, GC, USC, TN, and EAD.
Experience supporting MSP/VMS clients through Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms.
Exposure to AI recruiting tools and recruitment automation solutions.
