Job summary

ArrowCore Group in Noida (On-Site) is hiring a Technical Recruiter with 1–4 years of US IT staffing experience to join our team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for US roles, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, etc., and manage W2/C2C, CPT/OPT authorizations.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with targets and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on US IT staffing experience.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Familiarity with US work authorization (W2, C2C, CPT/OPT).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other US job portals.
• Work on W2 and C2C requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews through offer discussions and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate relationships and drive closures to meet targets.

Work Mode: On-Site (Noida Sector 62)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift : 6 PM to 3 AM

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1 4 years of hands-on US IT Staffing experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other US job portals.
• Work extensively on W2 and C2C requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT work authorizations.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up through the interview and hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and database.
• Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive them toward closure.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.

Required Skills

• 1 4 years of US IT Recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience with US Staffing / US IT Recruitment
• Strong experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder or similar sourcing platforms.
• Good knowledge of technical positions and IT skill sets.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to closures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
