Responsibilities

• Identify strong candidates via resume databases, job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements.
• Manage and update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system.
• Should have worked both for w2 and c2c.
