Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT job requirements.
• Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
