Job summary

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities in ATS or recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, turnaround times, and hiring targets.
