Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in technical recruitment (C2H/Domestic Staffing/IT Recruitment).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
