Job summary

Common Ground Placement Solutions Chennai is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage IT hiring from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with managers to understand technical needs and cultural fit, source candidates from portals and networks, and coordinate interviews end-to-end.

The role requires hands-on screening, candidate evaluation, and offer management, using ATS and MS Office tools. You will drive a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team goals, and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, experience, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring panels and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts in coordination with HR and management.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and hiring best practices in the IT domain.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.

• Hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
