Job summary

Logic Planet is seeking an adaptable Recruitment Specialist in India to source and screen IT candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications. The role focuses on interpreting technical job descriptions and building a strong candidate pipeline.

You will engage with hiring teams, track progress, and help close offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT/Technical recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate screening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical job descriptions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Perform resume screening and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly sourcing and recruitment targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
