Job summary

Next Creation Software is seeking a proactive IT recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for domestic IT roles from Vadodara. You will handle C2H, contract, and permanent staffing, aligning client requirements with candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities include sourcing via portals and networks, screening for technical fit, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS records to ensure timely closures with quality hires.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions.
• Work on C2H (Contract-to-Hire), contract, and permanent staffing requirements.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, required technical skills, and project needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and job fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Manage candidate submissions, interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
• Negotiate compensation and ensure candidate availability for C2H opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, skills, and job roles.
• Strong experience using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
