• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
