Job summary

Tekskills, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support technical recruitment for IT services and startups. You will source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals and social media, and screen for technical skills and cultural fit.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, follow up with candidates throughout the process, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
