Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and software development concepts.
• Knowledge of technical sourcing and Boolean search.
• Understanding of JD interpretation and technical resume screening.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple technical requirements and hiring priorities simultaneously.

• Track recruitment metrics such as pipeline, conversion, TAT, offers, and joining ratio.
