The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and frequent interaction with candidates to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and recruitment best practices within a fast-paced, service-based hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and joining.
• Draft, publish, and manage technical job descriptions across IT job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant sourcing channels.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools.
• Understand and clearly articulate technical job requirements to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and create shortlists for various IT roles.
• Conduct interviews using structured, behavioral, and basic technical assessment methods.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on role expectations, interview feedback, and hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and professional talent network.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
