We are looking for an experienced USA IT Technical Recruiter to join our team.

• 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, etc.
• Excellent candidate screening and technical understanding
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working on Semiconductor / VLSI / Hardware / Engineering recruitment requirements.
• Experience hiring for ASIC, FPGA, DFT, Design Verification, Physical Design, Emulation, Validation, ATE, Semiconductor Hardware, Packaging, or related engineering roles will be a major advantage.
