Job summary

Headway Tek Inc. is seeking a skilled Engineering Recruiter to support hiring across semiconductor, VLSI, embedded systems, and related engineering domains in India. The role emphasizes identifying qualified candidates from System Integrators and partners, with strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management capabilities.

The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for niche engineering positions.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years in technical recruitment, preferably with 3+ years in Semiconductor or VLSI hiring.
• Experience supporting engineering requirements from System Integrators (SIs) and implementation partners, with hands-on recruitment experience across automotive and aerospace engineering domains.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and recognize differences between specializations such as DFT, STA, verification, embedded systems, and emulation.
• Experience with targeted candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and relevant recruitment platforms.
• Strong candidate screening, communication, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple specialized requirements and deliver suitable profiles within agreed timelines.
