Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies is seeking an IT Recruiter to identify and engage top software, cloud, and data science talent in Hyderabad. You will build and nurture a robust candidate pipeline across multiple roles, using diverse sourcing platforms and tools.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating with clients to understand hiring needs, and delivering market insights to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, React, AWS, DevOps and Data Science.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex and GitHub.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

Identify and source experienced IT professionals (1-8 years) for roles in Software Development, Cloud, Data Science, DevOps, and more. Utilize different platforms to find relevant candidates. Develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline with regular engagement.

Screening & Shortlisting

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills. Evaluate work experience, technical expertise, salary expectations, and cultural fit. Work closely with clients to understand their job descriptions, hiring preferences, and team needs.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a strategic hiring partner for IT firms, ensuring their hiring needs are met efficiently. Provide market insights on salary trends, hiring challenges, and candidate availability. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, hiring, or talent acquisition.
