• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.


• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.


• Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS updates, and hiring reports.


• Meet hiring timelines while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
