Job summary

Movate in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will drive end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing across multiple channels, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet hiring priorities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT hiring, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple roles with speed and accuracy. Immediate joiners are preferred for this target-driven role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong IT/technical hiring experience.
• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of technologies like Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, Full Stack.
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closure.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the offer-to-joining process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Achieve defined recruitment TAT, productivity and hiring targets.
