Job summary

Innodata India is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for software development and infrastructure roles. The candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed and other channels; screen for technical fit; coordinate interviews; and keep hiring dashboards and reports up to date.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle hiring for Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, AI/ML, and Support roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job boards, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and critical technology positions.
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring dashboards.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
