Job summary

ArrowCore Group in Noida is seeking a Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of US IT staffing experience to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder, screen for technical fit and work authorization, and coordinate interviews through to onboarding. Evening shift included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with US staffing.
• Proficient with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Strong knowledge of W2/C2C, EAD, CPT, OPT.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to close positions in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other US job portals.
• Work extensively on W2 and C2C requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT work authorizations.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up through the interview and hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and database.
• Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive them toward closure.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.
