Job summary

The AES Group in Hyderabad seeks a strong US IT Recruiter with excellent communication and deep technical recruiting knowledge to support US client needs.

You will source, screen, and submit candidates, handle visa categories and work authorization, and negotiate offers while meeting recruitment targets.

Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Boolean search, and willingness to work US night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in US IT sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories.
• Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for US IT roles, performing sourcing and screening.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of US visa categories and work authorization.
• Lead negotiations and manage candidate relationships to close closures.
• Work availability for US night shift as required.
