Newt Global in Chennai is seeking IT Recruiters with 12 years of experience to join our recruitment team in Chennai.

Role involves end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions, sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines to meet daily and monthly targets. Office-based, full-time with immediate joining preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of IT skills and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri or other recruitment portals.
• Good communication, sourcing, and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from the office in Chennai.

Responsabilidades

• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
