PURETECH CODEX in Pune is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1-2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and operations for technical roles. You will source candidates via Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen for fit, and coordinate interviews with clients and vendors.

Efficient trackers, clear communication, and strong tech hiring knowledge are essential to close multiple requirements on time.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in Recruitment Operations / IT Staffing.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, and salary.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment reports.
• Manage recruitment operations such as profile submissions, interview status, offer follow-ups, and joining coordination.
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely closure.
