Job summary

Bct Consulting in Chennai is seeking an enthusiastic HR/IT Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT and technical roles. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Additionally, you will follow up on feedback, negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and maintain ATS records to meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in HR / IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good understanding of IT skills and technical job requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
