Job summary

Blitz is seeking a logistics supervisor to manage roster planning and oversee delivery executives. You will monitor performance, guide underperformers with performance improvement plans, and ensure timely dispatches using local geography knowledge.

The role also involves onboarding new hires, building relationships with staffing partners, and providing real-time support to delivery teams to uphold customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics.
• Strong management and local geography knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Roster planning and execution for delivery executives based on the order trend at the hub.
• Monitor the delivery executives' performance, identify low performers & help them improve through PIP.
