Keka Inc. is seeking a logistics-focused manager in Bengaluru to oversee roster planning for delivery executives, monitor performance, and ensure timely dispatches.

The role also covers onboarding new hires, building relationships with staffing agencies, and providing real-time support to maintain top customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in logistics, strong management skills, deep knowledge of last-mile operations, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Roster planning and execution for delivery executives based on order trends at the hub.
• Monitor delivery executives' performance and provide improvement through PIP.
• Plan and execute timely dispatches of shipments using geography/cluster knowledge.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientations, and training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, job boards, and other recruitment sources.
• Provide real-time support to delivery executives to maintain the best customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Roster Planning & execution for delivery executives based on the order trend at the hub.
• Monitor the delivery executives' performance, identify low performers & help them to improve their performance through PIP.
• Planning and executing timely dispatches of shipments based on geographical/cluster knowledge.
• Facilitate new hire on boarding, including conducting orientations and training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, job boards, and other recruitment sources.
• Provide real-time support to delivery executives to maintain the best customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Strong management skills & Local geography knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery operations, including delivery executive and driver roles.
