Job summary

Blitz in Hyderabad seeks a role to manage roster planning for delivery executives based on order trends, and to ensure timely dispatches with local geography knowledge.

You will monitor performance, coach underperformers via PIP, support onboarding and training, and maintain relationships with staffing agencies to sustain a high customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Strong management skills and local geography knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery operations, including delivery executive and driver roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Roster Planning & execution for delivery executives based on the order trend at the hub.
