Job summary

Delhivery is seeking an Assistant Team Lead (ATL) Last Mile to manage daily DC, warehouse, and last-mile operations while supporting the Team Lead. You will oversee inbound/outbound activities, route planning, and COD reconciliation, while supervising staff and ensuring safety standards.

The role requires 0–2 years in logistics or warehousing, strong MS Excel skills, and leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation preferred, with 0-2 years in logistics or warehousing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Excel proficiency is required for daily reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound activities, first/last mile and reverse pickups, route planning and COD reconciliation.
• Supervise warehouse and field staff, manage rosters, conduct huddles, and lead shifts when needed.
• Track KPIs such as TAT, SLAs, and delivery success rates while minimizing errors and NDRs.
• Maintain MIS reports, handle escalations and enforce safety SOPs.

An Assistant Team Lead (ATL) Last Mile at Delhivery Limited manages daily delivery center (DC), warehouse, and last-mile operations while supporting the Team Lead.

• Operations Management: Oversee inbound/outbound activities, first/last mile and reverse pickups, route planning, and COD reconciliation.
• Team Handling: Supervise warehouse and field staff, manage rosters, conduct huddles, and lead shifts independently when required.
• Performance Metrics: Track KPIs like TAT, SLAs, and delivery success rates while minimizing errors and NDRs.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain MIS reports, handle escalations, and enforce safety SOPs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education & Experience: Graduation preferred, with 0-2 years in logistics or warehousing.
• Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Compensation: Indicative take-home of 16,000-17000 per month plus statutory benefits
