Job summary

Delhivery in Thiruvananthapuram is seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Associate to oversee day-to-day last-mile delivery activities, ensuring on-time dispatch and successful delivery of shipments.

You will manage delivery executives, monitor productivity and SLA adherence, coordinate with hubs and support teams, and drive daily targets to improve efficiency while maintaining safety and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day last-mile delivery operations.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
• Manage delivery executives/riders and ensure optimum manpower deployment.
• Track daily productivity, attendance, delivery performance and SLA adherence.
• Monitor shipment flow, pending shipments, re-attempts and delivery exceptions.
• Coordinate with hub, customer support and other internal teams for smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards and SOPs.
• Drive daily operational targets and improve delivery efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and MIS.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of delivery executives when required.
