Job summary

Bonito Designs in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced professional to lead a large outbound sales team. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, coach team members, monitor call quality, and ensure disciplined lead qualification before handover to sales and design teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in outbound sales and at least 12 years in a team management role, with strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making to improve productivity and revenue.

• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, team productivity and conversion metrics
