Job summary

Bonito Designs in New Delhi, India is seeking an experienced Head of Customer Outreach to lead a large outbound sales team. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, optimize lead qualification, and ensure high-quality interactions across channels.

You will coach a 78-member team, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with sales and design stakeholders to optimize the conversion journey while maintaining a high-performance culture in a six-day work week.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in outbound sales with 12+ years in a team leading role.
• Proven experience leading target-driven sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 78 Customer Outreach Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion journey
• Stay updated on market trends, real estate, and interior design insights to guide the team effectively
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture
• Take ownership of targets in a six-day work environment

Experience & Education

• 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
