Bonito Designs in India seeks an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage a large outbound sales team and drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
