Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking an experienced outbound sales leader to manage a 78-person Customer Outreach team in Greater Noida. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure quality lead qualification before handing over to sales/design teams.

You will coach, conduct call audits, monitor performance across funnels and metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize lead flow. A six-day work week is part of the role, with a focus on coaching and strategic reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Leadership, coaching, attrition control, and team management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, team productivity and conversion metrics
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements

Responsibilities
