Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a large outbound sales team of 78 Customer Outreach Executives in Faridabad. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, coach individuals, and ensure quality in lead generation and qualification before handing over to sales/design teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role.
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
