Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking an accomplished outbound sales team leader to guide a 78-member Customer Outreach team. You will coach, audit, and optimize performance across daily to monthly targets, ensuring high-quality lead generation and precise qualification before handover to sales and design teams.

You will drive data-informed decision making, track metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth lead flow and strong conversion momentum in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in outbound sales with at least 12 years in a team handling role.
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 78 Customer Outreach Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor team performance across lead conversion, productivity, quality, and revenue contribution
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and call audits to improve individual and team performance
• Ensure adherence to calling standards, scripts, and quality benchmarks

• Stay updated on market trends, real estate, and interior design insights to guide the team effectively

• Take ownership of targets in a six-day work environment
